Her work draws from decades of study and experience in psychology, trauma awareness, spiritual inquiry, and holistic wellness. Symbolism Of The Owl
Throughout my journey studying healing traditions from around the world, I repeatedly encountered the symbolism of the owl. In many spiritual traditions, the owl represents the ability to see what others cannot see, to perceive truth in darkness, and to illuminate what lies beneath the surface. At first, I wasn’t certain what to make of the idea of an animal totem. But as I continued working with clients, the symbolism became undeniable.
People often come to Velina when they feel confused, stuck, or unable to see clearly. Like the owl, her work helps illuminate hidden patterns, unconscious beliefs, and deeper truths that are waiting to be seen. Because when we can truly see, we become free to choose differently.
